About Motivate Merton

Merton Connected has secured a grant to coordinate the delivery of mentoring to 420 vulnerable local young people in Merton over a two-year period.
The grant has been awarded as part of the Mayor of London's New Deal for Young People Programme as part of the Mayor's ambition to provide mentoring support to 100,000 vulnerable young Londoners.

The aim is to help young people develop, grow, and reach their full potential, becoming active citizens who contribute positively to their communities and broader society.

Merton Connected will lead and coordinate the initiative alongside the nine local delivery partners listed below. Each organisation has extensive experience working with young people and delivering mentoring. Each partner is committed to bringing their individual skills and experiences to the program and sharing resources, including staff, equipment, and venues, to ensure its success.

If you know a young person aged 10-24 who could benefit from mentoring, please refer them. Make sure to obtain consent from both the young person and their adult/s if you are not their responsible adult.
