Staff at Carers Support Merton are enjoying a healthier workplace thanks to CEO Melanie Monaghan. Staff sickness levels had been high with everybody suffering from colds, coughs and nasty viruses and we needed a positive way to encourage staff to try and stay fit and healthy both mentally and physically.
