Services Manager

Merton Mencap is a dynamic independent charity providing a range of innovative services and activities for children, young people and adults with learning disabilities /autism and their family carers in the London Borough of Merton. 

We seek a dynamic, talented individual to manage our services for adults with learning disabilities/autism. The successful applicant will join the charity’s senior management team, contributing to the overall direction of the charity.

Applicants should have experience of supporting people with learning disabilities/autism, excellent people management skills, the ability to manage budgets and relationships with a range of stakeholders (eg donors, funders, senior contacts at local businesses).  Essential is the ability to manage conflicting priorities and to work efficiently in a busy environment. Duties also include deputising for the Chief Executive and providing updates to the Board of Trustees.
