Head of Finance and Resources (3 days a week, flexible working options)

Citizens Advice Merton and Lambeth (CAML) is the leading advice charity supporting individuals and families primarily across the London boroughs of Lambeth and Merton.  We provide a range of information, support and advice services.  We also work to raise awareness and understanding of the challenging issues affecting our clients and communities.


The Head of Finance and Resources is a member of the charity’s Senior Management Team (SMT) and will work at a strategic level to plan and oversee the management of our finance and premises/infrastructure, ensuring they are fully integrated within our budgeting, funding and service delivery programmes.    


We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead the management of our financial, premises and IT/infrastructure resources.  Financial management is at the heart of the role and the successful applicant will lead on the charity’s financial control, planning, compliance and reporting. 


Terms and Conditions

  • Part time: 3 days (22.5 hours) per week with flexible working options
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Location: Primarily based in our Mitcham office with opportunity for part week home working
  • Salary: £22,800 to £24,600 (£38,000 to £41,000 annual full time equivalent) dependent on experience
  • Annual Leave: 15 days (25 days full time equivalent), plus a charity day and pro rata public holidays
