A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time Estates & Maintenance Manager in the Royal Homes at SSAFA, the UK’s oldest national tri-service military charity.
We are seeking an Estates & Maintenance Manager to ensure The Royal Homes Estate is operated in a safe and efficient manner, building is maintained to the highest possible standards, key projects are effectively delivered and all systems and technology are managed in-line with appropriate guidance, warranties and best practice.
Please note this role will require being on-call when necessary.
To carry out this role successfully you will have a qualification in Health and Safety, qualification in building/management would be desirable. Ability to understand, interpret and maintain communication with a wide range of audiences, as well as ability to prioritize and plan workload efficiently is essential to succeed in the role.
You will be practical and hands-on, with the ability to manage maintenance issues in-house where appropriate.
