COVID-19 Community Response Hub

The COVID-19 Community Response Hub was set up in March 2020 to help isolated households and those at risk from COVID-19.  

Are you isolated, at risk from COVID-19 and need help with any of the following? 

  • Support with shopping and basic supplies 
  • Access to prescription and medication 
  • Telephone befriending 
  • Advice and practical help to stay active 
  • Support to stay independent at home 

If you, or someone you know, needs help please email or call 020 8685 2272, between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. 

December Holidays Opening Hours

The hub will be taking calls and checking emails between 10am-4pm on: 

  • Thursday 24th December 2020
  • Tuesday 29th December 2020
  • Wednesday 30th December 2020
  • Thursday 31st December 2020
  • 4th Jan onwards is business as usual
