Benefit Mythbuster is a new, online web tool designed to help address commonly-held myths and misconceptions about Universal Credit.   A Great Big Thank you to our Team Merton Volunteers.  On Sunday 29th July 2018, they braved the wind and rain to assist at the annual Prudential RideLondon Cycle Race.  This saw an amazing 20,000 amateur cyclist ride through Wimbledon as they neared the end of their 100-mile challenge.  Team Merton Volunteers helped to man crossing points, ensuring local residents and spectators were able to safely cross the road.  A cohort of 30-plus individuals, Team Merton Volunteers assist at local... read more

Vestry Hall in Mitcham, in which MVSC's offices are located, re-opened on 1st August 2018 after short-term, unplanned building works.  This means that we can now see visitors again, and our landline phones will be answered. Thank you for your patience from all the team at MVSC.
