The Merton Priory Homes Community Fund Grant programme is a £1 million fund to improve the quality of lives of local residents. Shared Intelligence has been commissioned to evaluate the National Programme for Third Sector Commissioning. The Programme is delivered by the Improvement and Development Agency on behalf of the Office of the Third Sector, and aims to improve the involvement of third sector organisations in all aspects of commissioning.
