We are pleased to be able to announce, that following the panel meeting on Friday 31st January 2020, 11 local organisations will share the £10,000 Winter Grant Fund pot. The Association of Chairs, the first membership body of its kind, will aim to develop best-practice standards, offer professional development and champion the role of charity chairs. Merton is calling on everyone who lives, works and visits the borough to complete its annual survey. Safer Merton, the partnership which includes the council, Police, Fire Brigade, probation and health services, carry out a strategic assessment every year that looks at community safety issues in the borough.
