Health Innovation Network are training ‘Social Prescribing Champions’ to use a digital ‘social prescription service’ provided by HealthUnlocked to standardise the process of social prescribing and make it accessible to a wider number of people. On Thursday 17th May the Community Safety Partnership will be supporting the annual International Day Against Homophobic Abuse (IDAHO). The event, organised and lead on by the Merton LGBT forum will be held outside of Wimbledon Police station and will feature a small ceremony composing of speeches, flag raising and a minute of remembrance.
