What is INVOLVE?
INVOLVE is the leading network of the community and voluntary sector in Merton and the Community Engagement Network for borough. It aims to make sure that the needs and preferences of service users, carers and the wider community are identified and kept central to the planning and delivery of services in Merton.
INVOLVE is a member of the Merton Partnership and is how MVSC keeps in touch with local voluntary groups face to face.
INVOLVE meets to communicate and discuss current issues affecting the local voluntary sector. INVOLVE meetings also offer a good opportunity for colleagues in the sector to meet one another and network. If you would like to make a suggestion for an item to be added to the agenda then please get in touch.
Sub-groups of INVOLVE address thematic issues:
- Employment, Training and Enterprise Forum
- Health and Social Care Forum
- Mental Health Forum
- Small Organisations Forum
INVOLVE representatives
Elected INVOLVE representatives who sit on the various boards within the Merton Partnership structure.
The representatives are committed to attending the meetings, both to raise and to report back on issues relevant to the community and voluntary sector.
