Jigsaw4u Tenancy Support Practitioner (Full-Time)

Jigsaw4u are recruiting a Tenancy Support Practitioner to work in partnership with the London Borough of Sutton Leaving Care Team.  The role is based at the Jigsaw4u office, but involves direct outreach work with young people leaving the care system to ensure they find, secure and maintain safe and suitable independent accommodation.  We will also ensure young people receive interventions to improve their mental health and basic skills.
