This national hate crime awareness week, Safer Merton and partners are asking local residents to tell them whether they have experienced hate crime, where they able to report it, and what help and support would help more people report hate crime.
Safer Merton are urging all local organisations to share this short survey with their members and service users to help understand people's experiences of hate crime and what possible barriers to reporting might be.
Merton CIL are very pleased to be able to invite voluntary sector colleagues to their AGM and panel discussion on the Future of Social Care.
It was a triumphant evening for Merton last night, as our volunteers won four awards at the highly regarded Team London Awards.  The ceremony, hosted at City Hall and in the presence of the Deputy Mayor for Social Integration, Social mobility and Community Engagement, Matthew Ryder, is held annually to acknowledge and recognised the contribution of London’s volunteers. Each year thousands of Londoners volunteer their time, skills and experiences, to help make London a better place to live, work and relax.

Dear All

I have sent out the Stakeholder Survey and would appreciate it if you can raise awareness within your teams.  I have sent this to all Drs, Heads of Nursing, matrons, ward managers and asked for it to go on both insite and the external website and to the mental health interface group members.
