Merton Council and partners have launched the formal consultation on the draft funding prospectus for the Strategic Partner Programme 2019-21. The scope of the programme has expanded and the Council will be looking to fund voluntary sector organisations delivering services in the following areas: information and advice provision, infrastructure support for the voluntary sector, wellbeing services, carers support services, and Healthwatch.
You can find further information on the programme as well as the consultation survey on the Council’s website.
The consultation closes at midnight on Monday 27th August.
The launch event for the draft prospectus took place at MVSC’s INVOLVE meeting on 17th July. A Questions and Answers document has now been produced following the feedback from this meeting, which is also available on the Council's website.
The council will be holding a drop-in session on Tuesday 14th August from 10:00 – 12:00 in Vestry Hall, to answer any questions about the new Startegic Partner Programme.
