Pilates is one of Wimbledon Guild's most popular and longest running exercise classes, so we knew it was important to provide this great session online.
This engaging and challenging class involves seated and standing exercises to help improve your physical core strength, stability and posture.
Our expert Pilates instructor Vivien guides and supports you throughout the session, giving detailed explanations of each exercise to make sure you feel the benefit from every class.
