Mindfulness allows us to become more aware of the present moment, helping us stop to notice the world around us and enjoy life to its fullest.
Join Wimbledon Guild's Mindful Moments group on Zoom every other Monday from 13.15 - 14.15 where we will experiment with inhabiting and finding joy in the present moment.
This group is open to anyone over the age of 18.
