We are delighted to bring you the Footie Fit Chelsea Challenge orgainsed by The Wimbledon Guild. Adapted for older people, to get ‘footie fit’ with light exercises both with and without a football - it's a great way to reduce social isolation and loneliness and enable older people to be active and healthy.
The programme begins on Friday 17th January until Friday 7th February, 1pm-2pm. They will provide healthy refreshments too!
