Merton Giving announces its first grant fund awards

The Merton Giving Grant Fund seeks to address the needs of Merton residents, by raising and distributing monies to Merton based local charities and not- for profit organisations providing services and activities that meet identified local priorities.  It is a new fund and the priorities for this, the first, round of funding were: Developing Our Future Generations, Building Healthier Communities and/or Connecting Communities.

Vote for Cricket Green to be crowned England's Favourite Conservation Area

Mitcham Cricket Green has been shortlisted for the Civic Voice England’s Favourite Conservation Area award.

There are just 18 shortlisted conservation areas out of 249 nominees.  This is a great chance for the Green and Merton.

Cricket Green needs your support to win this award!

Time is short – the winner will be announced at the Civic Voice annual conference on 19th and 20th October.

Inaugural Community Church Awards
